Our Experience
ECS President, Tye Eastman, has a history of road building that spans decades. As an inspiring teacher in the mid 2000's, Tye took a summer job in construction and immediately fell in love with the trades.
Transitioning from landscape construction to heavy civil in 2009, Tye took every opportunity to learn and grow; challenging both himself and others around him to exceed expectations.
For the last 10 years Tye has been building and leading teams, successfully delivering some of Ontario's largest infrastructure projects.
In that spirit of continuous improvement, driven by a desire to help others succeed, today Tye brings his knowledge and expertise to bear by partnering with like-minded companies who share in his desire to learn, to grow, and to challenge the status quo.
